What materials are the maps made from?

Our maps are laser-cut from premium Baltic birch or Basswood plywood and hand-stained or painted. Custom trail inlays are made in PLA with colors including red, gold, or cornflower blue.

How long does it take to receive my map?

Custom maps are handcrafted to order in Denver, Colorado. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production plus shipping time.

What file formats do you accept for custom maps?

We accept GPX files from Strava, Garmin, and other GPS devices for custom trail maps.

What cruise regions do you support?

We currently support Caribbean and Mediterranean cruise itineraries, including popular ports in Florida, the Bahamas, Mexico, and throughout the Mediterranean.

I'm a working dad in Denver, and I make Baseline Adventure Maps one order at a time. These are designed and built in the U.S., in my garage, with a focus on quality and the details that matter.

Each piece is custom. I start with the real geography. This means your GPX track, itinerary, or location and then design the layout, laser-cut the layers, engrave the details, and hand-finish the wood before assembling and framing it.

No mass production, no batch runs. Your map is made individually with care and shipped from my local UPS store, so what arrives at your door feels like a keepsake—not a generic product.
